Free CPR Training

Our trainers support East Midlands Ambulance Service and offer free CPR and the use of AED sessions to charities, schools and community groups.

East Midlands Ambulance Service estimate that 60% of people living in the East Midlands have never had any CPR training; and 80% have never been trained to use a defibrillator. Both of these skills could help save a life. 

The Resuscitation Council of the UK state that the survival chances for someone experiencing cardiac arrest drop by 10% for every minute that they do not receive CPR and do not have a defibrillator used on them.

Sessions are free, last between 1 to 2 hours and our trainer will provide all equipment they need. All you need to do is provide the location and audience
