30 years teaching first aid, 15 years front line experience, 8 years medical cover at major sporting events. 20 years working and managing heavy industrial workplace.
Who is the course for?
Where an employer’s assessment of First Aid needs identifies that a First Aider or Emergency First Aider is not necessary, the minimum requirement on an employer is to appoint a person to take charge of the First Aid arrangements, including looking after equipment and facilities, and calling the emergency services when required.

Accreditation
This qualification is delivered, assessed, and quality assured adhering to the Assessment Principles for Regulated First Aid Qualifications, and delivered and assessed in accordance with the current Resuscitation Council UK Guidelines.
Certification
On successful completion of the course students will receive an Appointed Person certificate that is valid for one years from the date of achievement.

A certificate of attendance is issued to all those who attend.

16 students to 1 trainer
Prerequisite
Students from the age of 16 can attend this course.
Requalification
To requalify learners will need to complete the full 2-hour course again.
